Welcome to Grill'N'Chill. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, "Grill'N'Chill", "we", "our", and "us" refer to ALROVINI OÜ.

2. Products

Grill'N'Chill produces premium handcrafted beef jerky using carefully selected ingredients and quality production methods.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredient lists, nutritional information and allergen information are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture or weight may occur.

All products are intended for personal consumption only.

3. Ordering

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. A contract of sale is concluded once your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

- suspected fraud;
- incorrect pricing due to technical errors;
- unavailable products;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on this website are shown in Euros (€).

ALROVINI OÜ is currently not registered for Value Added Tax (VAT). Therefore, VAT is not charged on our products.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout and are clearly displayed before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payment

We currently accept secure payments through:

- Mastercard
- PayPal
- LHV
- SEB
- Swedbank
- Revolut
- Citadele
- Luminor

Payments are securely processed by our payment service providers. Grill'N'Chill does not store or have access to customers' payment card information.

Orders are processed only after successful payment has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected delivery service.

While we work hard to dispatch every order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

- courier companies;
- customs procedures;
- force majeure events;
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the selected delivery address or parcel terminal.

7. Returns & Complaints

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products.

If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect products, or has another quality issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

- your order number;
- a description of the issue;
-photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Each case is reviewed individually. Where appropriate, we may offer:

- a replacement product;
- a partial or full refund; or
- another appropriate solution.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.

8. Product Storage

Please store our products according to the storage instructions printed on the packaging.

Once opened, reseal the package properly and consume the product within the recommended period to maintain optimal quality.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website, including but not limited to:

- logos;
- product photographs;
- branding;
- graphics;
- text;
- product descriptions;

is the intellectual property of ALROVINI OÜ unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ALROVINI OÜ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the products purchased.

This limitation does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

11. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
